Solene Calendula Butter for Dry Skin

Cumulative results for soft hands and soft feet. Definitely worth a try!

I've only used this balm for 4 days but use it a minimum of 3 times a day (I have my hands in water a lot) and I really like the consistency of the balm. It is creamy with a slight initial light greasy/oiliness but that absorbs within a few minutes. It has a very light scent that is not objectionable (not sure how to describe) but doesn't seem noticeable after application. It's not as creamy and slightly oilier than other balms I have used but it does have its benefits in the way it works. It leaves the skin very soft, with a nice barrier against fluids. As long as I don't use soap it tends to stay on my hands but if I have to wash dishes or something else then I need to reapply. AND it seems to be cumulative because my hands are now staying soft even with all the times I have them in water after only a few days. I've been using it on my feet at night because my toes get very rough and my ankles get dry and this softened them after only one use. I didn't start on my feet until a couple of nights ago but they stay soft because they aren't in water. This is an absolute MUST for those with dry feet as my feet can be very rough! Moisturizing without residue

This. Is. Lovely!I have loved every Beesaluxe product I've tried so far and this one is no different. First off, I love that it's vegan and cruelty free and made with natural ingredients.When I first opened it and took a sniff, because that's what I do, I thought, oh, this smells yummy, like something I would eat. Evidently my dog thought so too because he was determined to lick it off when I put it on my hands. (Rest assured I didn't let him.)The balm is very thick so you don't need to apply much. I used a small amount on the backs of my hands, especially my knuckles, where they have become dry. The butter balm had a slight greasiness to it that quickly absorbed in the skin and left no residue, just softer, more moisturized skin. My hands feel so soft now.I think this would be great on chapped lips and probably for softening heels. I wish it came in a larger container because I could see myself quickly going through a 2 oz container in wintertime. This. Is.  Vaseline alternative, oily, melts fast, easy to spread, slight smell

This is a botanical alternative to petroleum jelly. Looks like clotted cream but melts immediately on contact with warm skin. Spreads easily and is oily. It is best for skin repair especially in the winter when skin is often cracked. It is 100% oil based, i.e. no water in it so it just locks the moisture but does not moisturize. There is a slight smell to it that is hard to describe.I used it on my lips and back of the hands and there was no sensitivity issue. Even on the contrary - this balm did not sting at all, while petroleum jelly stings a bit when my skin is very cracked. I find that vaseline and alternatives are the best products for my dry lips in the winter. Hydrating, healing, long lasting, no fragrance, all natural!

I have several of their products and love them all, including this one. It is a very small jar, only 2 oz, but a pea size amount will cover hands, feet, knees, with a little extra to spare. It is thick like butter but instantly melts when warmed up. It spreads nicely and easily. This one is a little more greasy feeling so it takes about 20-30 minutes to soak in, but the results are worth it. I put it on all of my xtra dry areas before bed and by the time I wake up, the dry skin is fully hydrated and so soft. I even use this as a bedtime lip mask and it is the best thing I have ever used on my lips. I find that if I use it at bedtime I no longer need to apply any balm during the day. I have read how Calendula helps the skin and now I see that it actually does. This is a very spreadable balm that does seem a little oily or greasy at first but immediately starts to soften and protect. It can be used on all parts of the body including the lips and I have used it to help with my dry lips. I have eczema and it is hard to find a regular lotion to help with dry hands that does not irritate my skin when it is inflamed. I am very pleased with how it softens and stays soft without having to reapply often. I am sure it would work on dry rough elbows, knees and feet. There is no testing on animals, and everything is all natural. This has truly helped my hands finally get some relief from the dryness of eczema. I am hoping to find it in a bigger jar.
